Our business model is simple. We sell wallpapers and paint online, directly to you as a customer. Our ambition is to design stylish and timeless wallpaper patterns and carefully selected colors that are always on trend. All our products are of premium quality at reasonable prices. The unique aspect of our concept is that we offer color-matched wallpapers that make transforming your home inspiringly simple. By carefully selecting the paint colors for each wallpaper pattern, we make it easier for you and ensure a result that you can enjoy for many years. All our wallpapers are digitally printed after we receive your order, meaning we do not keep any wallpaper rolls in stock. Even the Swan-labeled paint is mixed upon your order, making our production very flexible and entirely customer order-driven. With a completely customer order-driven production, we aim to contribute to more efficient resource use and lower environmental impact than what has historically been common in our industry. Traditionally, large batches of wallpapers have been produced in advance without knowing if they would actually be demanded. By only producing what our customers order, we completely avoid the risk of overproduction.
We love the dialogue with our customers, which gives us inspiration and ideas for new wallpaper patterns that we launch several times a year. Customers' wishes and actual demand are important signals for us and constitute a significant and decisive part of all our product development. When we launch new wallpaper patterns and paint colors, we do it entirely “on demand”. Since we do not need to produce large volumes of new wallpapers before we know if they will sell, we have the opportunity to develop and offer a large number of new patterns to the market more frequently. Nothing is produced physically until a customer actually places an order, and we know it will really be used.
In addition to the paper and paint used in production meeting the industry's high standard requirements, the wallpapers are also designed and produced locally in Sweden, allowing for delivery to you in just a few days. In this way, we also reduce long-distance transportation of goods to our warehouse. At Wallpassion, we are not satisfied with being at the forefront. Continuous improvement work is an ongoing process throughout our entire operation. Our ambition is always to learn more and constantly become better.
When you order paint samples from us, they are delivered as painted self-adhesive sheets that you can easily put on the wall. By offering paint samples in this way, only a fraction of the paint is used compared to delivering paint samples to you in traditional sample jars. Another advantage is that you do not have to paint the samples yourself, and you can also move the paint sample around to see how the color looks in different lighting conditions. At the same time, you contribute to more efficient resource use than if you were to paint the samples yourself.
